Cocoa Corn Flakes Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (2.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix cereal

1 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup chocolate syrup

1/2 teaspoon marshmallow creme

1/2 cup white sugar

1/4 cup milk

1 cup confectioners' sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup butter, melted

1/2 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting

Directions

Bake the cream cheese until set, about 5 minutes. Stir in the instant vanilla pudding mix and 1 cup vegetable oil.

Beat the cream cheese until thickened. Beat in the pudding mix, vegetable oil, chocolate syrup and marshmallow creme until well blended. Set aside to set.

Meanwhile, whisk together the 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/4 cup milk. Blend in the confectioners' sugar, 1/4 cup milk and marshmallow creme. Stir in the melted butter and confectioners' sugar until well blended. Spread half the mixture evenly in the creamed layer, then spread the rest over the cream cheese. Dust the remaining cream cheese layer with confectioners' sugar. Place on a serving plate and dust with more confectioners' sugar. Dust with the remaining marshmallow creme and white sugar. Cover with the remaining cream cheese mixture. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
