1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch strips
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/8 teaspoon salt
In a medium saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat, and saute garlic powder, tarragon, basil, and rosemary in oil for 2 minutes.
Stir in lemon juice, oregano, rosemary, salt and chicken.
Crush chicken breasts with lemon juice, oregano, rosemary, salt, and chicken. Cook a minimum of 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, before stirring the sauce.
