We had to go to Singapore for a function and wanted to make some quick meals. I found this recipe and followed it exactly. SERIOUS THYME AND DELICIOUS DRESS. This cake is so rich and buttery....like a butter cookie. It did take awhile to bake, but I was patient and took turns snapping off tiny pieces of the cake. It was a tad hot, but downplayed it by sprinkling some oil on a plate prior to baking. Would definately make it again and again. <STORIES>:)
