1 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons dried basil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in basil, and cook, stirring constantly, for about 8 minutes. Remove from heat, and let cool. Stir in flour and prevent sticking. Make a well in the center; Add chicken broth and cheese, stirring until chicken is well coated; Cook for 1 minute.
Stir tomato sauce into chicken mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
