1 (4 ounce) package vanilla flavored Jell-O
2/3 cup boiling water
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a small bowl, mix boiling water and butter. Mix while stirring constantly until butter begins to boil. Stirring constantly, stir yogurt, brown sugar, eggs, oil, milk, cream cheese, strawberries, maple syrup, vanilla extract and yogurt until smooth. Pour mixture into a prepared mold or casserole dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
