You guys have nailed it! The sugar cookie crust is perfect and goes on moist and full. It's rich, smooth, delicious and unlikely to get any coarsely chopped up in the kitchen. If it were a little thicker with a curve to it, it would have been great. It's really not fair to rate your experience as you don't know how the cookie tastes until it is officially sold and accepted. You store it as it is in the fridge because you don't want it to go bad and -sugar cookie flavor is fine.
