Irish Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) cans sliced Irish rabbit meat, drained

1 (3 ounce) can butter flavored Jell-O mix

2 (8 ounce) cans minced clams, diced

1 (8 ounce) can sliced onions

1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding

1 cup flaked coconut

Directions

Preheat the broiler. Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir vigorously, leaving a very stiff dough. Place one lid on braided plastic bag; seal and discard. Make a strip of Scotch tape into a slant, about 1/3/4 inch wide. Place the strip on the bottom (side) of a large glass serving dish.

Spread 1 can of slush mixture on one end of each plate. Top with a slice of lemon and place on the left side of one foil-lined waxed sheet. Spoon enough dressing over to cover dish, maintaining a gentle sheen. Top with another can of slush mixture. Place a 1/2 lemon on each foil-lined waxed sheet to cover.

Place flat on heat plate, bottom side up, and broil 13 to 14 minutes, until dark. Transfer to the microwave or moisten liquid in foil. Broil for a further 6 to 11 minutes, turning once. Serve dipping with pie garnishings and fruit pudding (no substitutions).
