2 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
In a large saucepan, combine rice, broth, corn, soy sauce, sugar and brown sugar. Bring to a boil; boil for about 5 minutes. Stir and reduce heat to low. Return to a boil; return to a low heat, stirring constantly, for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
