Marinated Grilled Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients

1 head cabbage, cut into 2 inch pieces

2 large carrots, sliced

1/2 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons caster sugar

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

Place the piece of cabbage in a large saucepan, and add 1/3 cup of the oil. Bring to a boil, and cook until crisp and tender.

Preheat grill for high heat.

In a large bowl, combine the celery, carrots, olive oil, and sugar. Mix well and set aside.

Warm the remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the flour and mustard seeds, stirring constantly. Fry the celery and carrot pieces in the oil until golden brown.

Remove the celery and carrot pieces from the pan, and place on the grill. Fry each piece for about an minute on the side of the pan, until golden brown. Flip the celery and carrot pieces, and place on the grill. Fry as well. Serve the celery and carrot pieces on the side of the pan, or spoon mixture over the side of the pan. Garnish with fresh parsley!
