2 (15 ounce) cans enchiladas, drained

1 (18 ounce) package chicken enchilada sauce

1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1 (15 ounce) can cream of passion fruit salsa

2 egg yolks

Directions

I love this recipe. I tripled the fat and doubled the cheese and it was delicious but I would double the lemon juice and replace the can of tomato soup with a jar of Trader Joes. I sprayed the inside and outside of the crescent rolls with kitchen spray. Very simple and good.

Very good and very different--this is not your run of the mill "burgundy bun." These are more intricate designs--plenty of gray in there too. I will make these again--a hearty, satisfying, versatile side dish!
