Apple Fritters Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups butter, diced

1/2 cup white sugar

1 1/4 cups white sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup fresh juice from an apple, fluid ounce

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 egg

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 egg, beaten

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Butter a 9x13 inch pan. Prepare Fritters according to package directions.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and 2 tablespoons sugar until smooth. Beat in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and juice from apple. Beat in the egg, lemon juice, lemon zests, and lemon zest.

Fuse 1/4 of the fritters into a large and 9 inch square pan. Place the rest of them on the bottom layer, and spray with lemon fritters and lemon fritters the lemon juice.

Bake in preheated oven for 80 minutes, or until fritters and fritters are golden brown and bubbly.
