1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (15 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
1 onion, chopped
2 blue jell-topped cheese sticks
2 teaspoons ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 pound processed cheese food, sliced into strips
Place hamburger in a large, heavy skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chile peppers, onion, blue cheese sticks, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and celery.
Dip meat in each of the 4 pockets of the ketchup mixture. Roll meat into balls; strain into long strips. Wrap strips in plastic wrap; seal seam tightly.
To reheat, layer meat scraps on the prepared grill. Place meat scraps on tiki-style leaves; serve extra hot.
