Baked Polish Cutter's English Breakfast Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

12 small bricks cheese-type bread, cubed

4 eggs, beaten

2/3 cup milk

3 tablespoons cream of onions

1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

2 teaspoons dried minced onion

salt and pepper to taste

4 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart baking dish.

In a medium bowl, mix together bread cubes and eggs and pour into prepared dish; cover with cheese. Roll dough into 1 inch balls, well spread with eggs, then sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper. Place 2 inches apart in prepared pan.

Bake 8 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned. Cool in pan, cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Chill in refrigerator overnight.
