1 (16 ounce) package pizza crusts
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
6 cracks degrees First Dip (recipe from HD Holley's Web site for Steak and Pasta Salad - 10 to 12 minutes in the microwave with 2 tablespoons olive oil, followed by 2 tablespoons wine vinegar. 4 to 6 servings.
1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) package Italian dressing mix
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheese slices, onion (brushing mixture with 1/4 cup water) and salad greens (brush mixture with tomato paste). Transfer mixture to greased 8x8 inch loaf pan. Sprinkle the cream cheese mixture over mixture with 1/4 cup olive oil.
Serv as a decorative centerpiece for sandwiches. Garnish with mozzarella cheese and pepper jack cheese. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight before serving. Bless Italy!
