1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (14.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake pork loin in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until browned and very slightly crispy.
In a large bowl, mix bread crumbs, vinegar, salt, parsley, pepper, garlic powder, basil, oregano, mushrooms, parsley and vinegar. Mix well and sprinkle with sugar. Mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into a roasting pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bones are tender and pork is no longer pink.
