2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 onion, chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup sliced red peppers
1 cup sliced green bell peppers
8 ounces cooked chicken stock
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (.50 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
1/2 fluid ounce vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lay together the cream cheese, strawberries, onion, mushrooms, celery, pepper and green peppers. Cut into 4 squares. Spread 3/4 cups of mixture in the bottom of a very large baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
