2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cups lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (20 ounce) can lemonade concentrate
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 scoops vanilla frosting
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, lemon juice, lemonade concentrate and lemonade. Beat in the lemonade until well blended. Stir in the lemonade. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
