Korean BBQ Pork Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 pound pork loin

1 onion, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 red bell pepper, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon white sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

1 1/2 tablespoons molasses

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix the oil, pork, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, garlic, sugar, salt, vinegar and molasses.
