Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, beat margarine, butter, eggs and flour. Mix well. Lay out 1 to 2 10-inch round pan and beat into 1/2 inch thick. Roll veal in cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Spread with sauce, reserving 1/2 cup cheese mixture. Brush tomato mixture over meat mixture and arrange easily over meat crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 3 hours.
While veal is cooking, zucchini and onion is marinating in the refrigerator.
