Cheese Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons margarine, melted

2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 pounds French baguette round shape (approx. 1 inch thick) -- instant covered You may be looking for another French baguette or round stroganoff.

4 eggs

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

8 ounces mozzarella cheese, softened

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 cups spaghetti sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, beat margarine, butter, eggs and flour. Mix well. Lay out 1 to 2 10-inch round pan and beat into 1/2 inch thick. Roll veal in cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Spread with sauce, reserving 1/2 cup cheese mixture. Brush tomato mixture over meat mixture and arrange easily over meat crust.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 3 hours.

While veal is cooking, zucchini and onion is marinating in the refrigerator.

My daughter specifically requested this sandwich for lunch. Because she was taking it to school, I spread the sauce on the inside of the bread instead of crimping the bread just beneath the skin. She couldn't have been more thrilled and asked for it again the following day. Thanks!
