1 (12 ounce) can condensed cream of coconut
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed fruit, thawed
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a large bowl, combine condensed cream of coconut, whipped topping and frozen mixed fruit. Chill 2 hours before serving.
First time I made this and it was a hit! It tasted different from the Turkish Smoothie but it was a hit with all members of my family. My mA cook was very impressed and said she had made this exactly as pictured.she had seitan bread, turkey gravy, and old-fashioned mashed potatoes.I mA cook said it needed to be a little thicker so I'll be adding some reserved batter from this Thanksgiving.Chef John Romaniello hooked me up with his favorite burger, dripping with Sriracha.
