2 egg whites
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon orange zest
4 thick slices fresh fruit
Row 1: Shake egg whites. Pour over falafel mixture on bottom of 2 large glasses. Sprinkle fruit with sugar, milk and lemon zest. Serve.
Row 2: Spread fruit over falafel mixture on top of glasses. Cover with fruit slices. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
