Lemon and Peach Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 pound) package lemon cake mix

1 (12 ounce) package peach flavored Jell-O mix

3 cups water

1/4 cup light brown sugar

1 (4.4 ounce) package yellow cake mix

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

3/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup lemon juice

1 cup water

1 (16 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 10x15 inch dish.

In a large bowl, stir together the cake mix and peach flavored gelatin mix. Gently stir in the water, brown sugar, and yellow cake mix. Stir together and pour into prepared dish.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until it forms a soft round, add the lemon juice and water. Beat until smooth. Stir the batter into the cream cheese mixture, then pour over the top of the cake, covering completely.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
