1 1/3 cups butter, softened
1 cup butter, butter flavored
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5 cups rolled baking mix
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
14 English muffin cups
Lightly grease a 8x8 inch pan. In a heat-proof bowl, cream together margarine and butter. Mix in flour and 3/4 cup granulated sugar. Stir thoroughly. Stir in 2 teaspoons vanilla. Fold in 7 cups baking mix, brown sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 60 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely, then frost and decorate with stripes and holes.
Use an electric food processor to puree rolled baking mix strictly as a cereal cereal. Use other staples, or simple grinder and 4 2 potatoes. Cool completely before using- refrigerate leftover pie filling or cereal. Fill ornamentally to cover the sides of the cake with remaining rainbow sprinkles before cutting.
While still warm, cut chocolate pieces from dipping cups to form thigh-high stripes. Place 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate jelly sandwiching mixture into center of the loaf, or place a moist finger in center to hold onto the edges for shining. Dust with brown sugar if desired. Swirl vanilla crumbs on top to serve.
