2 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
1 large red onion, diced
1 (6 ounce) can sliced pears or cherries, undrained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed
1 (14 ounce) can sliced pimento peppers, drained
In a medium bowl, mix cabbage, onion, pears or cherries, mayonnaise, blueberries and can of pineapple juice. Mix gently to form a solid mixture. Divide into 2 serving dishes. Cover with fresh salad dressing and refrigerate until serving.
