These are ok, but don't get me wrong - I love spinach and all things Italian, so please let this guilt free indulgence go. These were OK, but would have been much better if eaten in moderation. The first time, I think it was a bit too much prep, and I had to be reined in on the portions used. This time, I'd say it's probably fine, but it won't last. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the serving size issue. 4 bites = 0.6 quarts, so 4 servings would have been better? I didn't take the measurements, but the end result was 4 servings = 0.8 quarts, which isn't bad considering the 4 bites/quart was serving size. I wouldn't call this a soup, just a dishlet, and it was still gourmet. You could use less cheese, still
so it is almost christmas and I have not made any candy yet so I made this into bars instead of pucks. they are beautiful and so easy to make
