1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1/3 cup Allspice extract
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup blueberries, sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment.
In a large bowl, cream together white sugar and butter. Beat in eggs and butter one at a time.
In a separate bowl combine brown sugar and blueberries. Mix brightly, then beat in 3/4 cup sliced bananas.
Press a tablespoon of batter into the baking sheet. Bake 12 squares on the prepared cookie sheet, filling rings to the top. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 1 minute.
