6 strawberries, sliced
1 cup dehydrated orange juice
1/2 cup limeade
8 ounces fresh broccoli florets
2 (8 ounce) cans lime flavored carbonated beverage
2 ounces apple cider
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/8 cup chopped fresh orange zest
1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
6 cups shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Measure the strawberries in a bowl or a large spoon and place them into a small bowl, or place them in a bowl of ice and place them in a resealable plastic bag. Mix the orange juice, lemonade and lemon juice with your hands, and pour into the plastic bag. Place refrigerated strawberries into the plastic bag. Mix the sugar, lemonade, and orange juice with your hands, and pour the mixture over the strawberries. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
Slice broccoli florets into small rounds. Spoon the juice concentrates onto the flowers of boiled vegetables. Chill until ready to use in salad dressing.
Stir orange juice into lemonade and fresh lime juice into the pudding mix, and mix until blended. Serve over fresh fruit.
