1 3/4 liters Greek or regular yogurt
2/3 cup water
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup brandy juice
1 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons orange zest
ground black pepper to taste
In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and water. Stir in the corn syrup and brandy: bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes, then pour into a small bowl and stir in the honey, salt, orange zest and ground black pepper until the mixture reaches almost the consistency of a stiff dough. Cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the refrigerator.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and remove it from the refrigerator. Have ready an uninhabited stirring bowl. Add about 1 cup of water at a time, stirring constantly. On a floured surface, roll out the dough and divide into thirds, smooth the top one inch at a time, and cut into 1/2 inch slices.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-low heat. Brown the bottom of the pizza crust piece on one side, then place another slice on the griddle. Continue cooking for about 8 to 10 minutes until the pizza reaches the set color on the griddle. Cool again.
In a large bowl, mix together the filling, corn syrup and 1/2 cup of water. Pour over the pizza and pour through a sieve into a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven or in the preheated oven for 10 to 20 minutes. In a small bowl, mix together scotch, orange peel and pepper.
