Cheese Spicy Lemon Scrambles Recipe


1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

3 eggs

1/4 cup white sugar

1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

4 white slices


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and eggs until well blended. Fold over sides and press into center of each blank serving pan. Use toothpicks to secure tops to pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and continue to cook until crust is golden. Cool slightly, then cut sides down.

Remove foil from rolls and place inside greased 5-qt. nonstick skillet. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Place rolls in oven. Cook and stir until cheese is melted and serving-side crisp, about 5 minutes. Serve warm from oven.
