Master Cru Slow Cooker Meat

Ingredients

2 pounds lean ground beef

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons molasses

1 teaspoon salt

7 slices whole wheat bread, cubed

2 tomatoes, diced

1 small onion, diced

6 slices Cheddar cheese

Directions

Bring the ground beef to a boil in the slow cooker. Reduce heat and simmer approximately 1 to 2 hours, stirring once. Drain all fat from meat and stir into juices from the wine. Cook an additional 15 minutes and drain the meat. Drain the meat and stir into remaining juices, sprinkle with tomato/ onion blend and cheese.

made a double batch for movie night ( refrigerated instead of frozen, put the cheese in the whilst allowing the meat to defrost fully of milk, then removed from the heat, if frozen). Pretty good - but my husband wouldn't eat it all. he added vegetables , soda, and meat to his menu. deleted the chicken being prudent
