1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup butterscotch chips
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 3/4 cups granulated white sugar
(35 ounce) package softened cream cheese
2 large strawberries, sliced
2 cups freeze-dried strawberries, dried
1/8 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butterscotch chips and sugar while stirring until mixed; stir while pressing. Use hands to fold loosely into the mixture. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove skillet from heat. Mix cream cheese, strawberries, frozen strawberries, honey and cinnamon. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until frosting starts to melt completely. Refrigerate 3 hours.
No diet No can-does, just cut into 1 to 1 1/4 inch cubes (shape includes pressing) as desired.
