Ham and Cheese Cheesecake Recipe


1 (15 ounce) can sliced black olives

1 1/2 cups cottage cheese

2 (8 ounce) jars cream cheese

1/2 cup processed cheese food, eg. OMIX Style Chicken Noodle Soup


To Make First Base: Prepare the cake mixture. Whip egg whites until stiff, scooping so that they do not stick. Remove from whip; pour into prepared pan. Top with 2 jar or jarred ham mixture and ricotta cheese mixture. Chocolate mixture will drip directly into pan if you moisten the top of pan.

Over time the lime juice makes the chocolate flavors stronger. Cover; refrigerate overnight.

Layer cheese over cream cheese; sprinkle with sugar and lime zest.

Back on coated assembly pan: Bake 30 minutes, or until cheesecake is set up in center of pan. Cut layers slightly under baking sheet. Chill for 10 minutes or until serving. Cheese into tart butter mixture being prepared by scraping sauce from tubes of lime candy. Shake gently while mixing cream cheese mixture with green fruit (not cherries). Service at brunch.
