1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Lineriquette dish with foil.
In large bowl, stir together sugar, corn syrup and eggs. Beat in cinnamon and marshmallows.
In medium bowl, beat butter until creamy; stir in 1 cup sugar mixture. Stir in flour until all ingredients are well blended. Stir in the salt, green food coloring, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Transfer the meringue to a 2 quart baking dish or lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until set in center.
