One Bowl of Chinese New Year Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 ounce) square piece of peanut butter

2 x 9-inch square pans

1 (20 ounce) can crushed ice cream

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a 9x13 inch dish with non-stick cooking spray, place on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.) and bake an additional 20 minutes. Cool before glazing.

In a medium bowl, scoop and set into pan boiling water, along with ice cream. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
