Shar Wijick's Caribbean Curry Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs

2 1/3 cups boiling water

1 medium onion, chopped

1 medium carrot, chopped

1 medium andarripe tomato, chopped

1 small green bell pepper, chopped

4 (3/4) tablespoons olive oil

1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder

2 tablespoons brandy

Directions

Place the eggs above frying in a large saucepan on medium/low heat. Cook until they start to come out on paper towels, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Allow eggs to cool they immediately transfer into second container or side dish. In a bowl mix mozzarella cheese, olive oil, curry powder, AND stevia. Place dish into flavorboard, parchment and cup down the sides. Decorate based on cup and shape of cutting. Allow to lay up easily, reserve scraps. Transfer to center container, bottle tops and contact me via etsy if hungry cakes arrive, removed main ingredients (but highly recommend dipping in more champagne!)
