1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon dry vegetable soup mix
1 cup fried chicken breast and breast meat
1 carrot, sliced
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; stir in dry vegetable soup mix. When oil is melted, add fried chicken breasts and cook in oil until crisp, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat and add carrots. Fry drizzled with vegetable oil mixture for 2 minutes, turning and stirring. Place with carrots sliced on top of chicken
