Cocoa Chip Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate flavored Jell-O

1 cup boiling water

1 cup butter

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup milk

1 cup evaporated milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a large bowl, combine boiling water and gelatin mixture. Stir gently, until gelatin dissolves. Stir in butter, eggs and milk. Beat in milk and milk mixture while stirring. Stir in cocoa and cocoa powder. Pour mixture into plastic bag or stripe mold. Seal mold and refrigerate until firm.

Shape into 1 inch balls with hands. Place on cookie sheets. Freeze until solid. Cut into 1 inch squares. Store chocolate squares in refrigerator.
