1 (10 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
1 cup diced onion with green bell pepper
1 cup cooked, cubed ham
1 cup cooked, diced ham
1 cup cooked, diced potatoes
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add hash brown potatoes and saute until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and mash.
In a large bowl, mix onions with green pepper, ham, potatoes, mozzarella cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, preheat oven to 450 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Bake half an hour in the preheated oven, until heated through.
