Spice Cookies II Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup packed light brown sugar

2 eggs

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 cup packed light brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1 tablespoon light corn syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon almonds

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix brown sugar and eggs. Stir in melted butter. Mix slowly, stirring constantly. Fold in white sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract and milk. Pour batter into 9x13 inch pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely.

Press remaining creamer into center of the cake. Cool completely, then gently press the pie into the center of the pan. Chill during waiting time or cool completely.
