4 cups water (U.S. or Mexican style)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup rum
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
In a small bowl, mix water, wine, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix well, and refrigerate mixture.
