1 medium egg, beaten
1 (6 ounce) can diced celery with juice
1/2 cup milk
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 onions, halved, sliced
6 slices Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Melt the eggs and place them in a large bowl to cool. Stir in the celery juice and milk. Mix until smooth. Stir in the potatoes, salt, onion, cheese and chicken. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining celery.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
