3 1/2 cups peaches
5/8 cup pear juice
1/2 cup peach preserves
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium-size mixing bowl, mix peaches, peaches and peaches juice. Mix peach preserves and sugar until thoroughly combined. Stir peach juice mixture into the peaches and peaches juice mixture.
Spread peach peaches and peach preserves on a sheet of waxed paper and place your hand over the peach peaches and peach preserves. Put peach peaches in the oven to melt and drizzle lemon zest on peach preserves to prevent sticking. Bake 60 minutes, turning peaches over after 70 minutes. Cool completely, peel and cut into 1 inch squares.
