2 tablespoons margarine
1 egg
1 onion, diced
1 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 (4 pound) whole chicken, cut into cubes
1 (2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 cup sharp processed cheese
1 egg
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green onion
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Grease and flour a greased and floured baking dish.
Mix together margarine, egg, onion and wine over medium heat. Let cool, then stir in salt, pepper and raisins. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake for 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Cover and let cool completely.
