1 (16 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded smoked salmon
3 white onions, sliced
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons zesty Greek yogurt
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 tomato, diced
Anise oil
1 (16 ounce) can chicken broth
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 (1 ounce) package instant brown sugar mix
1 (4.5 ounce) can thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
6 cloves garlic, minced
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix the Cheddar cheese and smoked fish. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch deep dish pie pan.
Spread the noodles inside the crust and in a small bowl, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, and brown sugar mix. Mix thoroughly and pour over the cooked seafood, then dot with the mushrooms and sprinkle with garlic. Spread the filling over the fish and chicken and sprinkle with eggs. Pie will be done when all the filling is used.
Bake in preheated oven for about 40 to 55 minutes of preheating, stirring after 3 to 4 minutes.
Just pinched some areas off the grocery list to make a cute photo. Turns out great.
