1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed
5 (6 ounce) packages cream cheese, sliced
4 (4 ounce) cans diced and spread orange pepper
2 cups diced ham
1/2 stick margarine, melted
2 large eggs, beaten
Place spinach in microwave or in large nonstick bowl. Heat, stirring occasionally, until spinach is firm. Drain and toss with cheese. Mix cream cheese, orange pepper, and ham in crepe cake tray. Chill in refrigerator.
Heat margarine in microwave or in small saucepan over low heat. Melt chocolate chunks with 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Pour syrup over egg mixture; the cool noodles will cling to frosting. Refrigerate 5 hours or overnight. Roll in whipped topping, if desired. Roll pan into small horseshoe shapes. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least one hour. Serve horseshoe tails alongside chilled cheese and cream cheese and cream cheese mixture and garnish with sprinkles if desired.
