All I can say is this is the best! I made a simple but elegant mac and cheese for dinner, and my husband loved it! He ate it with some mayo and guac, but the real winner is the potato. It really makes a meal -- not just a snack--that night. He didn't care for the salad, but I'm sure would like it, and it's a nice side dish. I'm keeping it.

After spending so much time trying to stuff the olives, kernels and condensed milk,I'm giving this one to the next person to try. I read a few reviews before I broiled the potatoes and had to combine them,so I just put the whole thing in my food processor for a few seconds.I couldn't find the condensed milk,so I added a cup of milk to thin it.I did this for the first 30 minutes and then the husband came home with a batch that I canned (started out as a soak in water with a couple of teaspoons of almond extract).I'm giving it a 4 because it was so easy!

This was a big hit! I mashed an 8" potato and I added 3 cups of water. Then I took the potato mix and chilled it, I put it in a medium saucepan and brought it to a boil. I took it out, mashed it and added 4 tablespoons of butter. Then I took the pan and spread it out on a work surface, pressing down firmly with a spatula to make it flat. About a minute, the potatoes were fork tender. I baked them at 350 for 15 minutes. They kept turning the cup in the oven and the potatoes were setting. I took them out, and mashed them with a fork. The flavor was awesome. I'm calling this Cherry Pie-like, but it was really quite delicious. At the end, I decided to add a teaspoon of baking soda, so I added about a teaspoon of baking powder, and then I
