1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped pears
1 cup chopped bananas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch tart pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar and flour, adding a half teaspoon at a time. Beat in eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans, bananas and diced pecans. Pour batter into pastry shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean.
