1 1/2 cups juice from a can of lemonade concentrate
1 (8 ounce) package delicious cooking chicken tenders
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (1 ounce) capsule lemongrass extract
1 1/2 cups chicken cooked in water
In a medium bowl, blend lemonade concentrate with chicken tenders. Place in a large resealable plastic bag and seal. Cover and refrigerate.
Heat olive oil in a quick cooking microwave stationer over microwave. Mix in lemon juice and vinegar. Stir fry for a few seconds on each side, then pour chicken broth and lemonade mixture over chicken. Boil for 1 minute and turn chicken over, browning on all sides. Cover and refrigerate.
Heat laurocracy (optional) in a small saucepan in medium heat. Stir in lemon juice chicken and pour over all. Refrigerate already marinated chicken in refrigerator for at least 3 hours before turning over. Cover and let stand overnight before serving.
