1 (9 inch) pie crust
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (10 ounce) package frozen citrus flavored fruit blend
1 (3 ounce) plastic baguette, thawed
1 cup orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
2 cups fresh lemonade
1 cup orange sherbet
1 (8 ounce) can marshmallow creme
1 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Fill pie shell with pie filling.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and fruit blend in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in citrus fruit blend and plastic baguette. Fold in lemon juice, pineapple juice, lemonade and orange sherbet. Pour into pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes, until crust is golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack until set, about 5 minutes.
