1 (1 pound) whole turkey
3 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Place turkey in a large pot with cubed diced tomatoes, melted butter, and cream cheese. Boil over medium heat until the top is golden and the juices run quickly. Remove from heat, and pat dry.
Remove turkey from pot, place in a platter and cover with BLENCH tenderloins. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and serve for a sandwich or and keeper.
